A very happy new year to you.
Come to think of it, “New” is a pretty old word really. Goes all the way back to Old English neowe/niowe/niwe, Old Saxon niuwi, Old High German niuwl, Persian nau, Hittite newash, Latin novus, Greek neos, Sanskrit nava, among others.
They all sound curiously similar, don’t they? Main thing, right in the middle of the continuum of time, there’s suddenly a break.
A pause.
A beginning. Once more.
May all the possibilities, opportunities, and beauty of New find you this year.
